At BethNil, we take great pride in delivering our educational and nostalgic toys directly to your door across the United Kingdom. Once your order has been placed, our team works diligently to process and dispatch your items within 1–2 working days. We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs: our Standard Delivery usually arrives within 3–5 working days, while our Express Delivery ensures that your items arrive within 1–2 working days.

We want your experience with Little Willow to be as enjoyable as the toys we sell. If, for any reason, you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return it. To start the process, simply send a notification by email to supportbethnil@gmail.com, including your order number.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at supportbethnil@gmail.com and provide a photo showing the issue. We will prioritise your request and arrange either a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost. Under our policy, you will not be required to return the faulty product.

All approved refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your email notification and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that, although we do our best to speed up the process, your bank may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

To ensure the sustainability of this model, BethNil reserves the right to monitor the frequency of refund requests.
